What Will You Do?

  • Manage client expectations and trouble shoot any software / service related queries
  • Be on calls with potential clients and leads explaining Qount’s value proposition
  • Organize leads generated through social media / internal sales process
  • Manage demos and be disciplined to engage in discussions to close as many leads as possible
  • Option to completely Work remotely once well transitioned into the role

Who is Ideal?

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in customer care or sale of online solutions [SaaS based solutions]
  • Proficient in modern office, productivity software, cloud applications and CRM tools
  • Good hands experience in B2B sales, client facing sales and support roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate and enjoy sales and customer success

Position: Finance & Accounting Manager


What Will You Do?

  • Quality check and review books of accounts completed by team of F&A associates as part of periodic close process
  • Organize and design metrics, reports and analysis as required to measure client financial performance
  • Lead monthly financial review calls with clients via online or in person meetings
  • Build relationships with client ownership and management teams, mostly collaborating over phone, chat, email and online meetings
  • Manage client expectation and trouble shoot any software / service related problems
  • Be a knowledge driven resource to support sales in closing new business

Who is Ideal?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting services at an accounting firm or an outsourced accounting services environment
  • Passionate and must have the zeal to serve multiple small business clients from diverse industries and be motivated to put in extra to deliver awesome experience to clients
  • Good hands experience in B2B sales, client facing sales and support roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience using online cloud based accounting and payroll systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CMA (optional)
